Usually we respond to your reservationsrequest within the next day at the latest. It's possible that we contact you by phone or email for further information, or you immediatly receive a confirmation of your reservation.

We expect you to answer our confirmation stating that you agree with the details as mentioned in the confirmation. You can do this by letter or fax, but also by email. Payments of the amount due will be made at the hotel. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
